PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS
PARK HOURS: DAWN TO DUSK
THE FOLLOWING ARE PROHIBITED:
· OHVs, including ATVs and Dirt Bikes
· Alcoholic beverages and Marijuana
· Discharge of Firearms
· Disorderly Conduct
· Littering/Dumping
· Fires
· Glass Containers
· Misuse of Public Property
· Archery
· Fireworks
· Offensive Language
· Harassment of Wildlife
· Pollution of Park Waters
· Swimming, Ice-Skating, Boating
· Overnight parking or camping
· Model Racecars/Boats/Airplanes/Drones (without approval)
· Amplified Sound System (without approval)
· Advertising/Soliciting (without approval)
Parking and Driving are permitted only in designated areas.
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Pet waste must be picked up and deposited in a waste receptacle.
It is unlawful to deface, damage or remove park property, including natural and historical objects.
Pavilion and Field are reservable for exclusive use. If NOT reserved, facilities shall be shared by interested park users. No staking on the field or other turfed areas.
Any violation of these rules and regulations may result in immediate removal from the park and possible arrest for trespassing, as follows:
If any of the above rules and regulations are being violated by an individual(s), the Cross Creek Metropolitan District (CCMD) has stated that those individual(s) are not welcome and are considered trespassing on the property known as Cross Creek Park, 8115 Parkglen Drive, Fountain, CO. CCMD has provided the Fountain Police Department authority to enforce the above violations as Trespassing as outlined in C.R.S. 18-4-504, which is a criminal violation of the law.
