Sweep Net Safari:  Kids!  Bring your parents again, and explore the grassy uplands at Cross Creek Park with us.  This time we'll be using sweep nets to capture insects that live in the dry, grassy areas of the park.  We'll identify these critters, and learn about the role they play in the park's ecosystem.  RSVP to Naturalist David Rudin, at:  Wear closed-toe shoes, sun hats, sunscreen and bug spray.
