In 2017, the Board of Directors elected to begin compensating board members as per Colorado Statute.

Directors receive $100 per meeting, not to exceed $2,400 per year.  Any perks received by a Director may be considered compensation and subject to the limitations, unless they are in exchange for value actually received or are considered to be a valid expense otherwise subject to reimbursement.
